The Bargehouse is a raw, atmospheric former industrial warehouse situated in the heart of the Southbank, right next to the Oxo Tower. Built in the late 1800's it's had a chequered past and is now a blank canvas of textures, crumbling brickwork and open spaces.

We have use of the top two floors of the building for group of photographers to join us and take part in a dance photography themed session. It's a large location with a unique atmosphere and faded industrial appearance. There are a variety of spaces that you will use including vast rooms, small nooks and twisting stairways. There are bright, naturally lit rooms as well as dark corders.

We will have professional dancers, styled to compliment the derelict atmosphere of the venue, for photographers to work with on this session. There will be several set ups that you can photograph and you will spend time in different parts of the location, with different dancers and lighting to get a variety of images.

The dancers will be a mix of classical and contemporary, and you will shoot them in action, as well as in more static poses.

We will use a mixture of available light and our own lighting. 36exp staff will be on hand to assist as required.
