36exp Photography Ltd – Terms and Conditions of Booking

Things occur in life that cause plans to change. Work, illness, bad news and many other things happen and are unfortunate. However, we need to fill our courses so we can pay our staff and run a viable business, and late cancellations and amendments mean that we don’t have time to book someone else in your place. Therefore the unfortunate financial loss of last minute changes or cancellations needs to be met by the person who made the booking.

Our terms and conditions are reasonable. If you give us enough notice, we’ll change your date or refund you. If we don’t have reasonable notice we can’t be so flexible, and therefore have the following terms and conditions relating to cancellations and amendments which are strictly adhered to:

Courses and Workshops of 1 Day or Less

Amendment or cancellation received 21 days or more before the course, workshop, event or training start date = full refund or date change at no cost.

Amendment or cancellation received 14-20 days before the course, workshop or training start date = no refund, but date change permitted by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.

Amendment or cancellation received 13 days or less before the course, workshop or training start date, or a no show = no refund, and date change not permitted.

For bookings made with a gift voucher, date changes can be made up 21 days or more before the date of the workshop at no cost, after which date changes can only be made by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.  Amendment or cancellation received 13 days or less before the course, workshop or training start date, or a no show = no refund, and date change not permitted.

Courses and Workshops of 2 Consecutive Days or More Including Photography Trips

Amendment or cancellation received 90 days or more before the course, workshop, event or training start date = no refund, but date change permitted by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.

Amendment or cancellation received 89 or less days before the course, workshop or training start date = no refund, and date change not permitted.

These terms apply to full balance and deposit payments and to payment / bookings made with a gift voucher.

Ongoing Courses With Regular Payments

Amendment or cancellation received 21 days or more before the course, workshop, event or training start date = full refund or date change at no cost.

Amendment or cancellation received 14-20 days before the course, workshop or training start date = no refund, but date change permitted by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.

Amendment or cancellation received 13 days or less before the course, workshop or training start date, or a no show = no refund, and date change not permitted.

For cancellations made mid-course: no refunds for any payments already made.

For bookings made with a gift voucher, date changes can be made up 21 days or more before the date of the workshop at no cost, after which date changes can only be made by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.  Amendment or cancellation received 13 days or less before the course, workshop or training start date, or a no show = no refund, and date change not permitted.

For All Courses and Events

If 36exp has to cancel or reschedule a course, workshop, event or training our liability will be limited to a full refund of the amount paid.

When you book one of our courses or workshops, full payment is required in advance to confirm your place.
